Privacy Policy for Marbit

Marbit does not collect or transfer any kind of data to any third parties.




The App requests and uses (if granted) the following device permissions to work properly:

  • READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE & CAMERA
    The camera permission is required to capture images on your device. The app needs to store these images in the device, so it certainly needs to access files and/or folders inside the storage locations of the device. On newer android versions, READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission does not have any effect as it is only used in newer android version.

  • ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION & ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION
    Marbit is mainly a location based app. So, it needs to obtain your precise & overall location while it is in foreground. The app only uses location as long as it is in foreground.

  • ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
    Marbit communicates with its backend server to obtain required data, so it is certain that it needs to read network state, and use network services.

  • FOREGROUND_SERVICE
    Marbit may perform background operations internally while you use the app. This is not the case when you exit from the app. It completely shuts down all the operations when you exit from the app. We need this permission to do operations in foreground services that run behind the user interface.

  • OTHER PERMISSIONS
    Go to https://developer.android.com/reference/android/Manifest.permission to know about all the permissions. You will find the list of permissions used in the app in system settings of your device.


Please read the following policy statements carefully:

  • Legal
    You are not to use Marbit in any way that might be illegal or unlawful under local and international laws. You must remove Marbit from your device if you have any doubts. You are responsible for all the actions you perform with this application and Marbit (i.e. Numberskills AB) will not be responsible for anything you do.

  • Limited Liability
    You accept that we (Numberskills AB team) do not have any sort of liability what so ever for anything that may arise from the use of our properties including our apps and/or our communications apart from the Pro license fee you may have paid.

  • Support
    We will do anything we can to fix issues you might have with Marbit. However, due to the huge variation and customizations of Android Systems and Device Hardware, it is possible that all the features may not work properly. But, if you do face any problems or bugs, please inform us at support@Numberskills AB.com and we will try to fix the problems as soon as we can. But, if your device does not support any of the feature, we have nothing to do.

  • Private Property
    This application is the property of the owner of Numberskills AB. Under any circumstances, you are not allowed to modify , decompile or perform reverse engineering procedures on this application. You are not allowed to distribute the app in original or modified (modified by the procedures stated earlier and any others) form. These actions will be taken as copyright violation and we can and will take lawful actions against anybody who will attempt or commit these actions.

  • Refunds
    The app currently does not provide any paid services, but it may change in future. If so, please note that Google Play refund policy is 48 hours. However, we might be able to extend it to 7 days depending on your country and circumstances.
